👉You're shedding skin cells throughout the day, so it's important to keep your skin glowing and in good condition.
👉An effective routine may help prevent acne, treat wrinkles, and help keep your skin looking its best.
👉While having a skincare routine may seem like just a cosmetic necessity, a skincare routine is not just to help you look good, it's essential for your skin's health.
👉It's so important to have a great skincare routine that caters to your specific skin type, and skin concerns.
🤓There are typically 5 types of skin-
*Normal
*Dry
*Oily
*Combination
*Sensitive
🤓I personally tweak my routine throughout the year depending on being exposed to - *summer sun
*fall
*spring
*winter
🤓Even with those tweaks my basic beauty goal is to -
*Wash
*Tone
*Serum
*Moisturize
>I give my skin a couple of minutes in between each step to fully absorb the benefits of practicing my routine.
*Mask 2 - 3 x a week
🥰All of this is important but skin truly radiates from the inside out.
👉It is because of this that the main whole food supplement power packed with antioxidants I use daily is Ningxia Red for overall wellness.
👉The second most important supplement I use is Sulfurzyme to support my skin, hair, and nails.
