The definition of change is to make a shift from one to another.
Whenever I shift a course within our routine I ask myself questions.
>Is this a better choice, a more excellent way, to support our family as a whole?
>How will I begin the shift?
>How will I gently guild and inspire them to be lead by the shift?
Then put together a practical strategy that uses what I like to call “my rule of five”.
With food, oils, nutrition, and personal care products, I choose the five most important things in each area to begin shifting and swapping in our daily routine.
With foods I swapped apples, strawberries, potatoes, milk, and meat to organic, non gmo, and as local as possible farmers within a 5 hour radius.
With oils I began using the five most impactful oils that would personally support our family’s lifestyle. Those are :
*lavender
*frankincense
*thieves
*joy
*stress away
With supplements we began with Ningxia berries and gradually added Ningxia Red before of the whole food aspect of it targeting whole body wellness.
With personal care products I began with body wash, shampoo, body lotion, hand soap, face wash, and lipstick.
I know what you’re thinking… lipstick? Haha yup! Most of them on the market have such high levels of lead and it’s the one thing that I personally love to wear that statistically is the most common on the market. The U.S. bans 11 toxic ingredients, the E.U. bans 1,300 toxic ingredients, and Young Living Savvy Minerals bands 2,500 toxic ingredients!
