Just 1 drop of Seed to Seal Peppermint is equivalent to 27 cups of Peppermint Tea! It is for this reason I’ve always diluted it around my children. Very little goes a long way and it helpful when I’m applying it topically to start with smaller amounts.

We love to diffuse it or apply it topically to awaken the mind and senses, so bring on early mornings, study time, test time, workout time, yard time, and if your my age cool of that hot flash in a snap lol

Small amounts of peppermint essential oil may cleanse the spiritual body and increase attunement with the soul so that intuitive awareness increases.

Fears may also be minimized, especially those having to do with motion (riding, skiing, and flying).

This is particularly good oil when there is resistance to learn a new subject or to move in a new direction. It cools and calms the mind and eliminates the fear of the unknown.

It is a key oil in the Raindrop Technique for its cleansing properties.

I love to diffuse 3 drops of Peppermint and 3 drops of Tangerine first thing in the morning for that “ShakahBAM here I am” feeling to kick start my day.

*In my belly button

*On the bottom of my feet

*On the back of my neck

*A few drops on a wet wash rag in the corner of my show

*A drop in my shampoo is invigorating

*A couple of drops in massage oil to soothe muscles after workout or yard work

*A drop in my hands to inhale for a quick pick me up

*Diffuse in car for long car ride

>And last, but not least, a drop in the toilet! Lol yEa if you need a little extra this baby does the trick for our family there haha “a drop in the loo for a poo”!

• Pep up the kitchen. Put 1 drop of Peppermint on a damp cloth and wipe down counters so your kitchen smells as welcoming as a clear blue sky after a spring storm.
